According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP), the crash occurred at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Highway 412. Preliminary investigations indicate that Andrew was driving a dump truck eastbound when he failed to navigate a curve in the roadway. The vehicle overturned and ultimately came to rest on the highway. Tragically, Andrew was pronounced dead at the scene. THP reports that he was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
