According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the fatal accident occurred around 7:55 p.m. on I-90 westbound in Pleasant Valley Township, Mower County. Authorities say Jasmine was traveling west in a Chevy Traverse when her vehicle went off the roadway into the median, striking the County Road One bridge pier head-on. The impact caused the vehicle to roll multiple times before coming to rest in the middle of both westbound lanes.
