Marietta, Georgia (October 28, 2025) – A domestic dispute turned tragic Monday evening in a Marietta apartment, resulting in the death of 58-year-old Michael Jackson. Authorities are now actively searching for his 26-year-old stepson, Fharron Banks, who is considered armed and dangerous.
According to Marietta police, officers were dispatched just before 6:30 p.m. to an apartment along Ridge Run, off Franklin Gateway, following reports of a heated argument between Jackson and Banks.
