Formal Charges Filed Following Fatal Shooting in the Village of Baldwin

On October 24, 2025, 19-year-old David Louis Lee III of Baldwin was arraigned on several charges relating to a fatal shooting that occurred the previous day, October 23, at the Wesco gas station in the Village of Baldwin.

  • Carrying a Concealed Firearm
