CONCORD TOWNSHIP, Ohio — Tragedy struck in Miami County on Monday afternoon when an 18-year-old Greenville man, identified as Storm Domingo Mote, lost his life in a two-vehicle crash on State Route 41, between Troy and Covington. The heartbreaking incident has left family, friends, and the Greenville community mourning the loss of a young man whose life ended far too soon.

According to the Miami County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred at approximately 12:37 p.m. on Monday, October 27, 2025, when deputies and emergency personnel were dispatched to reports of a serious collision involving a passenger vehicle and a semi-truck on St. Rt. 41.

Investigators say Mote was traveling westbound when, based on witness statements, he crossed left of center, resulting in a head-on collision with an eastbound semi-truck.
